How to Play New Jersey Cash Pop
Playing Cash Pop is super simple. Once you’ve got your playslip from any NJ Lottery retailer, select as many numbers as you like from 1 to 15. If you choose all fifteen of them, you’re guaranteed a win since you’ve covered all the available numbers. However, the prize you win might be less than the cost of the ticket!
Next, select a wager amount. You can bet either $1, $2, $5, $10, or $20 on your numbers. To calculate the cost of your ticket, simply multiply the number of Cash Pop numbers you selected by the wager amount (E.G. playing the numbers 3, 7, and 11 with a wager of $2 would cost $6).
Finally, players can opt to enter their chosen numbers and wagers in the next 1-20 consecutive drawings. There is also room on the playslip to make four individual plays if you like! Otherwise, once you have made your selection, hand the slip back to the attendant and they will print your tickets.
How to Win New Jersey Cash Pop
Your Cash Pop ticket will show all the numbers you chose, and a prize value will be printed next to each one. These prizes are selected randomly from the prize table, with lower values being more common.
You won’t have to wait long for the draw, since one takes place every four minutes. If your number is drawn, then you win the prize printed next to it on your ticket!
The prizes are directly proportional to your wager amount; the $1 wager has prizes from $5 to $250, and the $10 wager has prizes from $50 to $2,500. However, wagering a higher amount changes the odds for each prize tier, so the larger prizes have a better chance of being printed on the ticket.
