Answer: The Midday drawing is held at 2:30 PM ET, and the Evening drawing is at 10:30 PM ET. There are two draws every day.

Answer: The Instant Win add-on offers NY Win 4 players the chance to win up to $500 right there at the checkout for an extra $1 on their ticket cost. The player gets an extra 4 numbers from 0 to 9, and each of these has a cash prize printed beside it. If any of the player’s numbers match the Instant Win numbers, they win the value of the prize printed by the matching number!
