Florida Lotto Prizes
Florida Lotto’s starting jackpot is set at $2 million and increases by at least $500,000 every time there is a rollover. With draws happening twice a week, it means that the top prize can quickly increase to much higher amounts, often topping $20 million and sometimes reaching even higher!
There is no jackpot cap on Florida Lotto, which means that players can compete for some breathtaking amounts of money if long stretches of rollovers occur. On a normal $1 play there are three other prize tiers apart from the jackpot, with the value of each prize depending on ticket sales and how many other winners there are who have matched the same amount of numbers.
|Numbers Matched||Estimated Prize||Odds of Winning|
|Match 6||Jackpot||1 in 22,957,480|
|Match 5||$5,000||1 in 81,409.50|
|Match 4||$70||1 in 1,415.82|
|Match 3||$5||1 in 70.79|
|Odds of winning any Florida Lotto prize are 1 in 67.36.|
Paying an additional $1 for the XTRA option allows players to benefit from some of the prize tiers being multiplied by two, three, four or five times. The multiplier is chosen before the main draw, but the Match 3 tier prize is always worth £25 when won by an XTRA user. XTRA also provides another prize tier, rewarding those who match just two main numbers with a free ticket for another Florida Lotto draw.
|Numbers Matched||x2 XTRA (estimated)||x3 XTRA (estimated)||x4 XTRA (estimated)||x5 XTRA (estimated)|
|Match 2||Free Ticket||Free Ticket||Free Ticket||Free Ticket|
|Overall odds of winning a Florida Lotto prize without XTRA are 1 in 67. Odds of winning any prize with XTRA are 1 in 7.6.|
